How to send email using MXflow.io?
Emails for Chinese providers like qq.com, 163.com, sina.com and 139.com must be redirected to our servers using an authenticated SMTP relay service. Transfer of data will only be done using TLS 1.2 and better encryption. Once we receive your mail we will take care of it and deliver it using our Chinese IPs
How to send SMS using MXflow.io?
SMS text messages for Chinese carriers will be send using an authenticated REST call using Basic authentication. All requests and responses are in Json format and utf-8 encoding.
Verification of message delivery can be done using a REST call.
Where to see the statistics of email sendouts?
We keep near real-time email statistics which can be viewed using the special Log In button. Only paying customers can access this. Here you can see the sent volumes, bounces and the delivery of the mails.
Deliverability in China?
Delivery of emails in the inbox has different rules then Gmail and Hotmail. Correct SPF records and DKIM will help, but in order to prevent spam Tencent and Netease have implemented daily limits for inbox placement. Going beyond those limits will result in emails going into social or spam folders.
Managing those limits is our profession and is what we are good at
Email bounce handling?
MXflow.io is only relaying mails for you, so bounces will be send to the mailserver of the domain that you use for your emails. So managing bounces is something you need to take care of yourself. Failing to do so will impact the reputation of our sending IPs.
